FAQ:

• How long for delivery? Unless stated otherwise, delivery of goods will be 7-10 working days. If you need something on a more urgent basis please email and we will do our best to help.

• Can I return my item if I don't like it? As all items are personalised, returns are only available if the item is faulty. If you have any questions before ordering about sizing, design etc. please send us an email. 

• Can I request a custom personalisation? Of course, this is available for all our items, at an extra cost, please send us an email with your request. 

• ​What are the pre-order items? This applies to some of our products including seasonal products, such as Christmas Pyjamas. All information will be available on the listing about ordering and delivery times. 

• What fonts are available? We have two fonts available, script and bold. They can be seen on the product images. A full alphabet of each font is available to view on our Instagram page, this can also be emailed at your request.
